Customs Clearance for Canada

In Canada, clients are required to clear their own shipments through Customs by paying a visit to the local Customs office. Our agent will give assistance to clients with the clearing of their shipments through Customs. Clients should call into the Customs / immigration office on arrival at their airport of entry and declare that they have ‘goods to follow.’ However, you must have a copy of the packing inventory we provide or a packing list with them at the time, otherwise you will be required to make out a list from memory. Please note  you must have residence status in Canada in order for the shipment to
clear Customs without difficulties.

Documents

Before shipments can be dispatched from the UK we must have the following documents.

1.  packing list or inventory (we would provide as part of our packing service)
2.  copy of the picture page of your passport
3.  The destination address and telephone number must also be supplied.
