For office and commercial moving the best method of packing your office files and general office items is in strong plastic stacking crates. These would be supplied on a day prior to the planned moving day and is then best packed by the staff member involved in their own particular department or office. This way you have control over any important files or documents and all the packed crates can be labelled appropriately to ensure they arrive safely to the correct location in at your new site.
